3 Romance Film Picks with Elsie Davis

I can watch any of these movies over and over and never get tired of the easy fun, laughter, and sweet romance.

Sweet Home Alabama (2002)

Sweet Home Alabama because of Reese Witherspoon, Patrick Dempsey and Josh Lucas. I just love the sweet, off-the-charts humor, and romance. It would be totally cool to find my own “lightning crystal.” Love the music.

The Holiday (2006)

The Holiday because I love Cameron Diaz and Jude Law. (Love his dreamy accent and gorgeous eyes). Kate Winslet and Jack Black were also such an amazing part of the story. They all play wonderful characters who keep us rooting for their happily-ever-after all the way. (And for the bad guy to lose…big time!) And I love the tie in to the history of movies.

How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days (2003)

3) How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days. I’ve always been a fan of Goldie Hawn and her daughter, Kate Hudson, is equally talented in this movie. And of course, Matthew McConaughey has the best dimples ever. This is such a fun romance with a great twist that you can’t help but enjoy it…every time.
