Here at Entangled, we like to read.
(Bet you would never have guessed that.)
So we also love quick-n-easy recipes that free up more time for us to indulge in our favorite past time.
Each week we’re sharing some of our favorite recipes to help you find a few extra minutes in your day to enjoy your next favorite book!
This week a special guest:
A.S. Green, author of Wild Child
As a romance writer, I can’t resist a good summer nude, or…um…nood. : )
This recipe is a summertime family favorite that my kids have coined “Summer Noods.” It’s easy, it’s fresh, and it’s great on picnics, camping trips, or a trip up to Lake Superior, the place where my latest novel, WILD CHILD, begins. There may even be a couple summer nudes up there, too.
1 box penne or rotini pasta, cooked al dente
1 small jar real mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip)
1 bag seedless red grapes, whole
1 lb. pre-cooked turkey breast, cubed
1 C. cashews
Cook pasta, rinse in cold water and allow to cool in a large container. Rinse grapes and add to pasta (leaving them whole). Cut turkey into 1/2-inch cubes and add to pasta. Add a couple large spoonfuls of mayo and mix. The pasta will absorb a lot of mayo, so if not serving right away, you may need to add more later. Sprinkle with cashews.
So simple. So delicious.
And since it’s so addicting you’ll want to eat it for breakfast, lunch and dinner…there’s plenty of time to get back in touch with a favorite author of new adult romances, Rebecca Yarros.
He’s got one shot to make it right.
He’s Landon Rhodes.
The Renegade they call Nova.
Sinfully gorgeous, broody, tatted-up, professional snowboarder.
Four-time X Games medalist —
Don’t miss A.S. Green’s newest release Wild Child!
I have never been to a place so tiny. Little Bear Island could fit in New York’s armpit. Still a job is a job and, after surviving Afghanistan, what’s twenty-four hours in podunk hell?
Providing private security for a celebrity wedding is nothing new…until I come face-to-face with Natalie O’Brien. The woman who chose someone else and kicked me to the curb six years ago. Time has done nothing to tame her. She’s a red-headed beauty with a sharp tongue and nerves of steel who could seriously knock me off my game…
When my assistant bails, Natalie jumps at the chance to get off this tiny island. Now we’re stuck criss-crossing the country in my SUV, with her tantalizing scent filling the cab and her smart mouth making me very…uncomfortable. Good thing the job will be over soon. So why does the thought of saying goodbye a second time make my heart stop?
A.S. Green lives in the cold, upper Midwest with her husband and three children. She spends summers on Lake Superior, which is the muse for SUMMER GIRL as well as many of her young adult titles published under her real name. She is a sucker for down-to-earth heroes who work with their hands (if they play guitar, that’s an added bonus), and she enjoys all things Irish—particularly music, dancing, and Jameson. When she’s not writing or reading romance, she’s visiting book clubs, blogging for Writer Unboxed, or practicing law.
