I waited an ENTIRE year to read A Court of Wings and Ruin by Sarah J. Maas. It’s the third book in the series, and honestly…if you haven’t read these books, I have no idea what in the world you’re waiting for. THEY. ARE. EPIC.
And Rhys… Well, he’s pretty much perfect. Huge, dark, terrifying and lethal, tattooed and muscled… And he’s insightful, vulnerable, tortured, tender and… SIGH. Oh, and he has freaking wings.
Anyway, I pretty much love him, but don’t tell my husband because I read these books in bed and the hubs is usually RIGHT THERE while I’m thinking about Rhys. ANOTHER SIGH.
My favorite quote from this latest? Rhys says to Feyre (who is actually me, when I’m reading these books, at least): “I believe that everything happened, exactly the way it had to . . . so I could find you.”
