#AuthorLife with Tawna Fenske

So I don’t know if you guys know this, but neurotically clicking “refresh” on a book’s Amazon page doesn’t make it sell better.

Neither does biting your nails. Or hyperventilating. Or . . . well, pretty much anything else I’ve tried throughout the publication of nearly 20 romantic comedies.

Which is why I recently changed my routine.

Instead of being a basket case on release day, I make it a point to get outside and play. When my new rom-com, The Hook Up, came out a couple weeks ago, here’s what I did instead of stalking the book online:

Wait, that’s kind of a weird selfie of my armpit, so here’s a better shot of me from a different day of standup paddleboarding:

Sometimes I even get tricky on my SUPing adventures:

Which occasionally results in me going ass-over-teakettle into the water (check out the 1:27 mark in this video to see what I mean):

So that’s what my #AuthorLife looks like for me. Well, when I’m not neurotically checking the rank on a book that’s part of a massive 99-cent sale (hypothetically speaking). Okay, it’s not hypothetical. My romantic comedy, The Hang Up, is sale-priced at only 99-cents through July 23, so grab me while I’m cheap and easy!

Be sure to pick up The Hang Up by Tawna Fenske for just 99¢!

She’s not going to open her heart to a guy who could disappear at the drop of a…well, she’d rather not finish that thought.

She needs to leave complicated alone, but every time she sees Jason, something tells her it’s her who might fall…
