About Love At Stake:

Abbey is the lone human working for Fated Match, a company that pairs members of the supernatural community with their eternal mates.

To snag a young vampire socialite as their next client, Abbey journeys to the home of Lucian Redgrave, the oldest vampire on the East Coast. But he’s not willing to allow his vampire daughter to use the agency… unless Abbey can first find his perfect match in a month.

As Abbey coaches Lucian through his dates, she can’t deny the chemistry between them. But humans are toys for vampires, and risking her heart isn’t a part of the plan.

  • Worst day would have been going to work and having coworkers fuss at you, then the boss and a few unhappy customers and then on the way home get into an accident because the other driver was not paying attention. Lucky no one was hurt, hate those kind of days. Great giveaway.

  • when i was younger i had a friend on new years eve set me up on a date she said he was nice and he was available well when i met him he was nice but he just broke up with his girlfriend to say the least the whole night all he talked about was her and cried over her in front of me i told her never again i will not go out on a blind date again what a bad new years eve night

  • lol he took me to McDonalds, started and ended there, had a friend come and pick me up before we were done eating!

  • I have a friend who set me up on a date with another friend of hers, we went to the movies, but it was kind of weird because we had nothing in common and we didn’t know what to talk about 😀

  • Worst Date? Easy! I was a senior in high school. A guy who was just a friend from a few classes asked me to go to the movies on a Friday night. He picks me up and when we get in his car and he starts driving, he tells me to be sure and buckle up because HIS BRAKES DIDN’T WORK. He wasn’t kidding… he would put the car in neutral and use the emergency brake at every stop. I was scared sh*tless. Then the movie was rated R and had pretty heated scenes with some nudity… I hadn’t picked this movie and I was only 17 an uncomfortable watching this with a guy from classes. The ride home was just as horrible and then he walked me to the door and tried to kiss me and I just shrugged away and went in the house (after saying thank you for the movie.) He never talked to me in school again…. I have no idea what was in his mind during or after the date…… weird! (Oh & this guy pretended to have an invisible rat as a pet???!!!)
